Undelivered Orders & RTO Handling

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • • The seller can request re-shipping by paying the forward shipping cost again
  • • RTO products are not refunded, but sellers can place a fresh order with updated details

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing stage.

Qikink reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • • Payment failure
  • • Violation of policies
  • • Suspected fraudulent activity

Delivery Guidelines

  • • Ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours
  • • Provide accurate and complete shipping address with landmark details
  • • Keep your phone number active for delivery coordination
  • • Check package condition before accepting delivery
  • • Report any delivery issues immediately to customer support
  • • Delivery attempts are made during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)

Special Notes on Shipping

  • • India Post Shipping: If a customer's pin code is unserviceable by standard couriers, India Post will be used. Charges for India Post shipping will be displayed at checkout
  • • Multiple Orders: Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on stock availability
